🔹 Position Details

• Job Title: Jr. UI/UX Designer

• Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site Only)

• Location: House-31 (2nd Floor), Road No-5, Block-A, Banasree, Rampura, Dhaka

• Work Schedule: 6 days/week, 9 AM – 6 PM (1-hour break)

• Remuneration: Negotiable based on experience and skillset

• Probation Period: 3 months

• Application Deadline: October 31, 2025

• Selection Method: Portfolio Review + Assessment Task + In-person Interview

Note: Fresh graduates with strong design sense and portfolio are welcome to apply.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to turn ideas into functional designs

• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design quality

• Maintain consistency in visual elements and design guidelines across projects

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques

🔍 Candidate Requirements

✅ Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for design handoff is a plus

• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes

• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design

• Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits

• Receptive to feedback and eager to iterate and improve
